Andrea Galbiati – economist with 20 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Relationship Experience (CRX) – is the CEO and Founder of Bit2win. In this podcast, created in collaboration with Novus CPQ Consulting, Andrea talks about the foundation of Bit2win. The initial aim was to understand how to apply the CPQ solution in various sectors: telco, utility, financial, retail. Over time, the company has realized that it has to redefine the product vertically to meet the various needs of customers and respond to the needs of each specific sector.
Bit2win solutions are presented during the interview.
CPQ is the company’s main solution, designed and built to help customers manage the product catalog, configure the offer and place it on the market.
The second solution is called Symphony and is the process orchestration platform that allows you to monitor each individual workflow and connect data, while maintaining a detailed execution history.
Loyalty and Coupon, the platform that helps companies to engage their customers through a loyalty program and coupons that have discounts. All three solutions are connected and linked together.
The strengths of the Bit2win product, emphasizes the CEO, can be identified in the rule engine, which allows you to configure the product according to the customer’s needs, and the omnichannel approach that allows you to use the product on different sales channels and improve the consumer experience.
The interview ends with the objectives that Bit2win intends to achieve in the coming months. Thanks to its decades of experience, the company has established itself in Italy, Spain, Germany and Latin America and wants to expand to enter the UK, US and Asian markets.
