CORPORATE HISTORY

During 2011, thanks to its multiple CRM experiences and to the capabilities of cloud technology solutions, New Energy, part of Accenture Technology, has chosen to build an expert task force on "Product Catalog/Services and Commercial offers", with the aim of creating a vertical software product on a Salesforce platform. 

The mission of the “Business InnovAction Team” (Bit Team) was to invent a timely response to “Business needs”, creating a Software solution capable of offering an innovative and agile application framework in the fields of “Order Management and Enterprise Catalog”.  After two years of investment, thanks to the excellence and determination of the Bit Team, New Energy Group has created its own solution named Bit2win, originally built on a Salesforce.com platform and distributed as Software as a Service (SaaS). Salesforce is positioned as a world leader in CRM Cloud Computing solutions for the "Enterprise" world.

On September 30th, 2016 the agreement to acquire New Energy Group by Accenture was finalized, which also acquired bit2win. The acquisition is part of Accenture Cloud First strategy, which aims to grow and strengthen its position as a Partner for strategy and technology consulting, application deployment, integration and management of end-to-end services for companies who want to embark on Cloud & Digital Transformation.

 

 

bit2win is “Salesforce ISV” (Indipendent Software Vendor) Gold Partner, has consolidated its position in the field of CRX (Customer Relationship Experience), strengthening its innovative and competitive leadership in European cutting-edge technology.

CEO & FOUNDER

Andrea Galbiati holds a Bachelor's degree in Economia Aziendale (Business Economics) from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. In more than twenty years, he gathered a deep understanding of CRM and CRX consulting, up to the point that in 2011 he gave birth to Bit2win, a 100% cloud-based product.

Marco Tacca
PARTNER

Marco Tacca holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin. For ten years he worked in CRM Consulting and related fields. He joined New Energy during 2011 and now he leads the Business Development activities of the group.

Marco began his career as a Consultant in Coopers & Lybrand inside the SAP Business Unit. After three years and due to his experience in the CRM world, he becomes partner of Wind Consulting Group fulfilling the responsibility of CRM Practice Manager, before the acquisition from Siebel during year 2000 and his change to Practice Manager for the Telco Division of Siebel Italia professional services. Marco has coordinated several Siebel projects, in particular in the area of Communication Media & Utility as KAM for Telecom Italia. In year 2005, he becomes manager of a marketing project for the  XX Olympic Winter Games Organization committee held at Turin in 2006, and later Sales Director for Sportfive Italia, European leader concessionaire for marketing and TV rights. During 2008 he joined Oracle as Sales Director for application & technology consulting services. 

Giuliano Caviglia
CO-FOUNDER

Giuliano Caviglia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) and today works as a Product Manager of the bit2win suite for Utilities and Telco markets.  His experience as CRM Project Manager and Solution Architect started back in 2002, while his expertise on a Salesforce.com framework began in 2010.

He chooses the road map, defines product functionalities and processes and coordinates the entire cross area and cross system solution. He leads the entire software product cycle: Concept, Analysis, Configuration & Development, integration and release. Throughout his career, he has gained a deep understanding of all the SFDC modules with particular emphasis on Product catalog, order placement, customer management and integration area. As a Project & Delivery Manager, he applies project methodologies which represent international standards, Best Practices Industry packages: CMMI-level3 (Capability Maturity Model Integration), eTOM (enhanced Telecom Operations Map) guide book, Salesforce Agile Methodology. His deep skills regarding difficulties with CRM projects and software development allow him to mitigate risks, lead, troubleshoot problems in order to arrive to a solution with a surplus value for the customer. 

Michele Mangafà
PARTNER

Michele Mangafà holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering (Summa Cum Laude), is a co-fouder of New Energy Group and recently is called to lead the engineering team of Bit2win. Always passionate about technology, he works as System Architect and Technical Advisor for over twenty years.

His largest contribution in the projects is always of architectural type, being able to combine the functional aspects with the constraints and characteristics of the infrastructure world. He works always on innovative and highly technological projects, anticipating and experimenting with components which will then be acquired as new working tools by the entire company. His duties consist mainly in the definition and validation of corporate guidelines about everything related to the applications and infrastructure architectures used for the Group's projects. He works closely with the company's strategic choices from a technological point of view and supports the work team during delivery activities. In 2010 participates in a master of six months on the Cloud Revolution deepening all the themes of Technical Service Designer who led him to a qualification of expert of IT infrastructure/cloud systems. Since the beginning of 2016 he is leading the Bit2win Engineering team and continues to serve as the Advisory Leader of New Energy Group.

Alberto Sciuccati
Senior Solution Architect

Alberto Sciuccati, with a 30-year experience in ICT, has gained a deep understanding in design and implementation for application architecture within the Enterprise world.

His experience in CRM dates back to 1995, when he started as Project Manager and Solution Architect mainly in Telecommunications and credit companies. In year 2000 he started with CRM and CX consulting inside the Siebel and Oracle structure, up to the time of leading an International team of CX Oracle suite experts. He decided to join Bit2win in year 2015.
