CRM BUSINESS ANALYST X

As part of our increased staff programme, for national and international projects, we are looking for:

CRM Business Analyst

The activities will cover:

  • Gathering, analysing and defining functional and business requirement;
  • Aptitude for analysing impacts, application solutions Design and systems integration;
  • Estimating, planning, coordinating the activities and resources;
  • Monitoring activities, Kick Off management, SAL and supervision.
  • Activities of business processes analysis: sales, customer service, campaign management and marketing on CRM applications.

Essential requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in firm of consultancy or System Integration 
  • Knowledge of CRM products and processes (Siebel-Salesforce) into the Telco, Media and Utilities sectors; Offer model design;
  • Knowledge of International eTOM Standard;
  • Experience in the management of projects with Waterfall and Agile methodology;
  • Good aptitude for problem solving 
  • Excellent knowledge of English, well-accepted knowledge of Spanish;
  • Availability to travel abroad

PROJECT MANAGER X

As part of our increased staff programme, for national and international projects, we are looking for:

Project Manager

The activities will cover:

  • Management and governance of national and international projects in CRM environment (Siebel or Salesforce.com Technology), WEB Application ((Adobe Technology – Java Programming) in coordination with the Company Management, following all the evolutionary phases and ensuring the output quality, the respect of time and budget restrictions.
  • Full management of the entire project lifecycle: drafting the budget and planning activities, engagement, allocation and management of the resources, project’s state of progress verification, customer management and presentation of deliverables;
  • Coordination of works and various operating internal figures ensuring the respect of the delivery in terms of timing, quality and budget ( cost & revenue);
  • Ability to be proactive in terms of Demand Generation and Business Development;
  • Managing and planning the production team;
  • Customer management.

Essential requirements:

  • Extensive experience (at least 4 years) in the consultancy project management in CRM and WEB environment;
  • Excellent competences in estimating, planning, managing and coordinating projects;
  • Natural leadership and ability to manage a team;
  • Knowledge of project management and orders tools;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated;
  • Availability to travel abroad.

The achievement of the PMP Certification represents a preferential requirement.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER X

As part of our Manager expansion program, for Business Development activities in Italy and abroad, we are looking for:

Sales Account Manager

The activities will cover:

  • Management and development of the company’s strategic customers (customer relationship management) pointing to their satisfaction and retention.
  • Achievement of the corporate business goals assigned by the Top Management
  • Achievement on time of attributed sales goals in terms of volumes and profitability relating to assigned customers.
  • Building strong professional relations with key figures belonging to customers companies from his own portfolio.
  • Coordination and involvement of the Top Management in order to improve the company performance and satisfy the customers’ expectations. 
  • Proactive and steady identification of the customers’ main needs and resolution of any critical issues.
  • Research and creation of new opportunities of business identifying, in coordination with the Top Management, potential partners, customers and markets.

Essential requirements:

  • Many years of experience and knowledge in the Information Technology sector.
  • Good marketing and communication skills;
  • Full knowledge of the customer’s sales process of “Enterprise-Large Account” type and relative commercial positioning strategies;
  • Proactivity and excellent planning and organising skills:
  • Excellent ability and determination to work for business goals
  • Excellent ability and determination to accomplish activities and processes of lead management and sales qualification, aimed to sales and business development;
  • Proactivity and ability to manage, oversee and coordinate the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated;
  • Availability to travel abroad.

Experiences and relations with the Marketing Strategy Gartner and Forrester’s companies will represent a preferential requirement:

  • Thorough knowledge of CRM processes;
  • Knowledge of Force.com IDE, Developer Console;
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Java, Javascript;
  • Good aptitude for group working and problem solving;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated;
  • Availability to travel abroad;

Solution Architect

The activities will cover:

  • Management of international projects in CRM Siebel or Salesforce environment, in coordination with the company management following all the evolutionary phases and ensuring the output quality, the respect of timing and budget restrictions;
  • Analysis and business processes design activities: sales, customer service, campaign management and marketing on CRM Siebel or Salesforce application;
  • Experience in the design of application architecture, maps and systems integration for large companies;
  • Planning and coordinating the activities of the working team and the resources allocation;
  • Customer’s needs analysis identifying the higher value-added solutions.

Essential requirements:

  • At least 4/6 years of experience gained in consultancy or System Integration firms, in the management, design and realization of CRM systems (Siebel or Salesforce) preferably into the Telco, Media and Utilities sectors;
  • Leadership, proactivity and ability to manage issues;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated;
  • Availability to travel abroad;

Priority will be given to candidates who know the Order Management processes and Sales Catalogue Management.
